Product Return & Refund Policy

At SuperDay Business, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return products as per the following policy.

General Return Policy

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
  • Refunds are applicable only for products in marketable condition or partially used products (up to 30%) with a valid invoice.
  • This policy does not apply to products that are intentionally damaged, misused, expired, or discontinued.
  • Returns must be made in theletter and spirit of the SuperDay Business Policy.

Important Definitions

  • Marketable Products: Unopened, unused, not expired, not seasonal, not discontinued, and not from promotional bundles.
  • Unmarketable Products: Partially used products (up to 30%).
  • Unmarketable Products: Partially used products (up to 30%).

Reference Notes

  • Products must be returned to Super Day Centers or as instructed by our official support.
  • Return period is calculated from the Invoice Date to the date received at SuperDay Office.
  • Condition of returned products will be assessed by the Returns Executive.
  • BV adjustment for returned products received before the 25th of each month will be processed in the same month.Total BV of the returned products will be deducted from the returning Business Owner’s account.
  • This policy does not apply to open packs of literature, videos, or sales aids. Total returns cannot exceed the quantity shown on the invoice.
  • If products are returned by customers directly, adjustments will be done from the respective Business Owner’s account.

Cooling-Off Period

If a new SuperDay Business Owner decides to terminate their membership within 90 days of joining, they may return all purchased products/materials (in marketable or unmarketable condition) and receive a full refund as per the above terms.

Note: Refunds will be processed only through official SuperDay payment channels. Customers/Business Owners must update their bank details in the SuperDay account portal for refund credit.
