Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 24 /48 hours (business days only).
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email/WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

• Local Delivery (within city/metro): 2–4 business days.
• Up-Country Delivery: 5–8 business days.
• Remote / Special Locations: 8–10 business days.
• Deliveries are made only on business days (no dispatch on Sundays and public holidays).

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

For Preferred Customers (PC)

• Orders below ₹1000 → ₹ according to weight Rs 60 kg (Inclusive of GST).
• Orders ₹2500 & above → Free Delivery.

For SuperDay Direct Partners (SD Partners)

Group Orders: or dealer

• Below ₹10,000 → ₹200 (Inclusive of GST).
• ₹10,000 & above → according to weight Rs 10 kg

Pickup Facility

• Customers may also choose to pick up their orders directly from any SuperDay Service Center.
• Payment options available at pickup: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Demand Draft.
